When it comes to the headaches and frustrations brought on by computers, I know exactly how you are feeling. I’ve been on the receiving end of an outburst tens of thousands of times in my 25+ years of computer troubleshooting.
Why do I still do it then? Because every one of those people went away with a smile on their face.

I can even turn all those GCSE ICT terms into understandable ‘english’ for you and make the ICT exam as easy as 1,2,3.
My aim is to show you that you can do more with your computer for less. I offer sound, independent advice and I guarantee you’ll be happy with the service I provide or I’ll do it or free.
I’ve just spent the last couple of years lecturing on Helpdesk Strategy in the Beijing University of Industry & Technology, as well as teaching students at the Hebei University of Science and Technology about other computer-related subjects.
I was raised in Timperley and attended St. Ambrose College in Hale Barns.
I learnt my trade with the computing giant, Hewlett Packard, and, after five years of give-and-take (more give on my part) started my own business troubleshooting other’s problems.
Having worked with HP, Shell, Glaxo (SmithCline) Welcome and major-league bankers, as well as many smaller players such as world famous musicians, I took time out to reflect, and then to teach people everything I had learnt.
I want to dispel the myths that surround computers today. I want to show you that techno-babble is easy to see though. I want to enable you, empower you to look at a website page that’s charging £48 to provide an ‘MOT’ and say….
“RUBBISH! I can do that myself!”
When I help you fix a problem I will also teach you how to help yourself and prevent porblems occuring. Now then, that can’t be bad, eh?
